Important Sponsor Deadlines
Proposal Deadline
March 1 is the deadline to submit a presentation proposal.
Sponsorship Deadline
May 1 is the deadline to confirm by registration your sponsorship.
Logo & Company Name Submission
May 3 is the deadline for the submission of your high-resolution digital logo file and company name as you would like it to appear in Summit materials and publicity.
Video Submission
May 3 is the deadline for Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors to submit their video file (MP4 format only).
Customized E-blast text
May 4 is the deadline for Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors to submit text and logo for their customized e-blast.
SWAG Materials
May 31 is the deadline for all SWAG materials (based on sponsorship level) to be received. Please ship your materials via a method that can be tracked and send the tracking information to NMSwyger@ed.sc.gov.
Attendee's Names
June 1 is the deadline to submit the names of individuals attending the Summit using complimentary registrations.
