The Proposal Process

Presenter Details

On the Call for Proposals form you will be asked to enter details for each presenter in the session. For the 2026 Education + Business Summit, one complimentary registration will be provided for the first presenter (from a K-12 school only) on each presentation.

Presentation Information

• You will enter the proposal title (limit 220 letters), the proposal description (at least 50 but no more than 150 words), and a proposal summary that includes the relevance of your topic, value to participants and presenter knowledge and expertise. 
• You will select the applicable cluster(s) or topic(s) to this presentation.
• If selected the information submitted on the form will be used to create the      online conference program through the Education + Business Summit app. The Education + Business Summit Planning Committee reserves the right to make adjustments, and an editor will review before publishing.

Timeline

Proposals Due: March 1

Committee Review: March 19

Speakers Notified: no later than April 3

We also welcome proposals from commercial organizations/businesses, provided it is clear it's related to a specific product.
